My stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. The location was convenient, although getting in and out during heavy traffic times could be a bit challenging. The dining options were satisfying, especially during these times, and the facilities were well-kept.
I found this hotel to be conveniently located, close to various amenities and quiet spots. The rooms had a musty smell, possibly from prior smoking, and showed signs of a moisture issue. The service provided by the staff was delightful and courteous, offering a pleasant experience despite some noted areas for improvement. While the dining experience was satisfactory with a decent breakfast buffet, there were both positive and negative aspects to consider during my stay.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location is quiet with nearby restaurants, and I enjoyed visiting the movie theater and shopping in the mall. However, there was an issue with the coin deposit being full, even though Front Desk Agent Antoine provided great service.
